[Lowfer] QRSS Keying?

I'm trying to get a Medfer beacon on the air. Wondering what people are 
using these days to transmit QRSS signals? I recall some people used 
PC's a few years ago, but don't recall the software. Others used a K1EL 
keyer?

Any advice appreciated.
