Lowfer SIW is again running, tonight on 185.2993 kHz. Switching daily 
with 185.185 kHz should follow the previously announced schedule. The 
batteries are fully charged but we've been there before. So for better 
reliability plus heating ceramic resistors inside the beacon box to 
protect the LCDs a cable back to an in-house battery charger will be 
added. Hopefully that will be completed before another outage.
