[Lowfer] 2 Grabber questions

Hi all:
 
I am using Dropbox to upload my captures with SpecLab.  
 
#1: Can I  ??, and if I can; How do I ?? get the page to auto refresh instead of the viewer
having to manually hit refresh...
 
#2 : How can I run dual SpecLab windows ?? ie : to watch 136.170 & 137.780 KHz together
Of course with the intention of showing up on my grabber page.
