Could be him, then, because that certainly was the case.  I've finally begun 
loading up the little notebook computer with digital decoding software (some 
of which looks pretty intimidating) but don't have WSPR on there yet and am 
not all that familiar with other possibilities yet either.  (Meant to say 
"MFSK," actually.  That's what I get for typing after being up all night.)
