[Lowfer] WMS back on the air

Paul,
I've been out of town but did run ARGO a bit last night at the watering
hole and saw some signal from WMS. Expected better but the lowfer was
definitely in there around 185.3013 kHz. That frequency may be low
because the house/equipment was still very cold.
My lowfer SIW is down at the moment due to discharged batteries. Will
have to check with NK9M to see if it was cloudy all the days I was gone.
The battery capacity is substantial and the solar array is sizeable too
but apparently not enough. And, I need to put a small heater in the unit
to save the LCDs when it gets really cold so the power drain will go
even higher. Will advise when it's running again.
