[Lowfer] WMS

Had decent copy of lowfer WMS at the watering hole before sunrise this 
morning. Conditions to the west were spotty. NDB MOG in CA on 404 kHz 
was good much of the night, but some CA and BC DGPS stations that have 
decoded in the past were not copied. On the other hand, CA stations on 
302 and 321 kHz did decode, as did 291/NM, 294/OR, 303/UT, 312/NV, and 
316/WA. Also, NMC, San Francisco was good copy on 518 kHz Navtex.
