[Lowfer] XEB in AR at 10pm local

Attached is capture of XEB taken at about 10pm cdt local.(0300utc)
REC TS50 antenna 14t 8ft dia loop with m0ayf preamp. 

Signal was copied with WMS running 100ft away but chopped up so I shut WMS down. I will turn it back on about midnight
