[Lowfer] SIW & WMS in TN

Not quite a "2 fer" as I never got a complete ID on both beacons on the
same screen shot.

WMS was spotty all night. I would get a letter or two, but never the
complete ID. Started coming in good right before I have to leave for work
(of course).
