[Lowfer] That ol' Solar Flux...

...is apparently on the rise today, which is a mixed blessing, with G1 
magnetic disturbances and radio blackouts to R1 level possible.  However, it 
helped me get a nice strong capture of NC late yesterday afternoon--audible 
most of the time, and pronounced dogbones some of the time (lower left of 
the image).  This morning there was more fading, and it looked at times as 
if there were some frequency dispersion going on during fades (lower right).

Times are CDT.  The flat lines in the captures are the 10 MHz carrier of WWV 
for calibration purposes.  Yesterday afternoon, NC was alternating between 
13555.480 and .484 after correction for receiver error, and this morning it 
was 13555.5115 to .5155 after correction.
