[Lowfer] WMS

Caught bits of signal from WMS over night. Conditions N-S didn't seem 
too bad, as evidenced by strong signals from WD2XSH/6 and /7 near 500 
kHz. But E-W wasn't too good  -  WD2XSH/12 was weaker than usual and no 
west coast DGPS signals were apparent.
