[Lowfer] WMS back on

Garry/Lawrence I am not supprised, there is a mountain range between 
here and Bartlesville. I have never copied CV well. The highest peak 
between the Appalacians and the Rockies is Mt Magazine at 2950 ft in 
western Arkansas. I am at 302 ft elevation. Ground wave was good into 
Ralphs grabber to the south last year, but my beacon has not been up to 
snuff this winter. Also we have increased sunspots this year over last 
years, which may have a detrimental effect on low freq propagation. 
2009 was beast year, I had copies and reports in all 12 months. 

I plan to run WMS all summer.
