XES was on from 0010 to 0900 UTC. The late appearance was probably due to fading or noise. TNX for the report.

I left ARGO running overnite but was not able to  see a trace of 'SL'
here in SC. It looked like 'XES' abruptly turned on  sometime
around 3AM and turned off again around 4AM using DFCW.

XES  dots on 137.779.0 and dashes on 137.779.2 KHz
