[Lowfer] SIW QRT for summer and rework

Brought the SIW hardware back home yesterday afternoon so it's QRT for
the summer. Plan to rework it to alter daily between the watering hole
and the original frequency of 185.185 kHz. That way I can get spur-free
captures of the watering hole next fall. Interestingly, before
dismantling I checked the antenna current and found it way down. That
just happened in the last few days and was due to weeds growing up
around the antenna base. A little Roundup next fall will make sure that
doesn't recur.

Last night was decently quiet but couldn't quite lock onto TAG. Good
conditions repeated to the west just before sunrise and two BC DGPS
stations decoded: #906 on 300 kHz from Sandspit and #908 on 315 kHz from
Amphitrite Pt. Saw a 200 baud signal on 320 kHz also that probably was
#907 from Richmond, BC but no decode and since #865 at Miller's Ferry,
AL is cochannel it's not certain who was really in there.
