Doesn't look as if I'll have anything here approaching a repeat of last 
night.  I was on the farm much of the evening, but was swamped with 
continual static 6 S-units over nominal.

Lightning was visible to the south and southeast, which I thought might be 
some evening precip just down the road in NE Oklahoma/NW Arkansas.  When I 
realized it wasn't easing up, I came home and looked at the radar.  It's way 
down in western Arkansas, below Fort Smith!  The storms producing the light 
show are a good 3 hours drive away, part of a line of them in a tornado 
watch box that extends from NE Texas to near Memphis, in fact.

If I can get up sufficiently far before daylight, it may be quiet enough to 
try again.  I have no idea whether I'll have the will power to do that, 
though.  Tomorrow night will be cold and/or wet here, so this could be the 
last attempt for a couple of days.
