[Lowfer] NC HiFER

Dex's HiFER has been making it to SE Kansas quite nicely over the past few
days, even while my few regularly audible stations (EH, AJO, FRC, etc) have
been absent. This is a capture from 12:32 PM CDT yesterday. There was one
deep fade of around 10 seconds duration (at left) but mostly the signal was
solid. The keyer does seem to be doing some creative things on its own with
regard to duty cycle and repetition rate, but who wants a dull old square
wave all the time anyway... :)

The signal is audible some days, but until I got a portable computer with
working sound card, I couldn't be sure it was NC. These old ears just can't
detect a 4 Hz shift out of nearly 900 Hz, especially when masked with pink
noise. On the display, 800 Hz was 13,555.5 kHz, by the way.
