Despite the S-9 +20 dB static crashes last night; a never before this
time signal from WMS came thru last night. Clearly visible, 3 full
callsigns in sequence. I have tried for Pauls beacon since 2007 and
never gotten more than marginal copy.. Interestingly, as SIW faded,
that's when WMS rose from the noise, and rolled in like a freight train. 
This is the best copy from WMS I have received to date...Let's see;
