[Lowfer] Help with this noise

Lloyd:

I would be strongly opinionated that what you are hearing is a very
noisy switch mode power supply. Not neccessarily from a computer.
The worst ones can be on router boxes, wirless boxes, Wii games,
a recently installed DVD player, and the list is endless.
I won't say it's NOT powerline, but that dosen't sound like it.
Nevertheless, hit the road with a battery radio and see if you can
locate the source as closely as possible.. Good luck from there
