[Lowfer] Help with this noise

Lately...several weeks...I have been getting this strange noise
..usually in the afternoon and can stay on for several hours..I really
don't think it is anything at my qth and I haven't questioned the one
neighbor next door on what they may have running...and would it be
some sort of power line created noise???
Take a listen and let me know if you have any clue of its
source..Hopefully it will play for you as some have had problems
getting my fortunecity webplace to show???
