In the circuit window, make sure the spectrum analyzer is placed after the black box or filter 
'module' in use.

I know I'm overlooking something, and maybe unchecked something in
the past and can't find it now. But engaging the Blackbox filters
definitely affect the audio heard, but seem to have no effect on
what is seen in the waterfall, and spectrogram displays. In the
past, it did.. A 5 Hz BW would show that on the waterfall, and the
spectrogram. Any pointers to the right place to look is appreciated.
