[Lowfer] 137 kHz

Good signals last night on 137 kHz from XES, XGJ, and VO1NA. XES was QRT 
by the time of the attached snapshot from expanded ARGO at QRSS30, slow.

Looked briefly at the 185.3 kHz watering hole but only saw local SIW. 
However, EMP was good enough for CW copy on 185.584 kHz at 0800Z.
