[Lowfer] 160 - 175 KHz USE

In the early days of GWEN I heard a CW signal one night calling CQ.
It was a GWEN station requesting QSL's to an address in Albuquerque. I
replied but never heard anything. For a while there was a
GWEN station just to the east of Edward AFB in SOCAL.
