[Lowfer] WD2XSH 500 kHz QRSS3 and Hifer MP

Strong signals last evening from WD2XSH/6 and WD2XSH/7 on 495.028 and 
495.034 kHz, respectively. Didn't see anything from /38 here though. 
Conditions weren't exactly "quiet" and degraded as the night wore on so 
nothing very distant was copied from NDBs, Navtex, and DGPS. But it was 
a pleasant surprise to see Hifer MP coming in strongly around 0315Z 
since it is so close (about 600 km). NC was also in there well around 
13555.4 kHz but no sign of RY. As I write this email though RY is coming 
in well and NC is absent.
