[Lowfer] Digi-Key_Obsolete Parts Notification and daytime lowfers

Paul, thanks for the note. I ordered some of the Epson oscillators 
before seeing it but found the new part via their web site. Very neat 
IC. Don't know how they program it but mine were shipped the very day I 
ordered them. I had a spare K1EL keyer IC so that plus the Epson IC are 
all that's needed to put together a Hifer beacon. Not sure how stable it 
will be in and amongst NC, RY, and MP but hope to find out soon.

It's been very noisy for quite awhile now making LF monitoring 
difficult. However, it's nice to know daytime beacons MP and EAR are 
still keying away fine.
