[Lowfer] Hifer on

Here's HiFER MP about 12:32 PM CDT today in SE Kansas.  Nobody else seen on 
22 m before the heat got too much to be in the field.

Will try again after dark if the QRN isn't too bad.  It was picking up quite 
a bit during the noon hour.  I saw a little of what I thought might be MP on 
137780.3 Hz this morning (down about 0.3 Hz from before?), but by the time I 
quit this afternoon, the static was too wild for any reception at all on LF.
