[Lowfer] NC 2-path

Interesting 2-path copy on NC at times this evening. Perhaps due to 
O'Hare airplane traffic not too far away. My microwave beacons 
(903-10368 MHz) regularly experience airplane reflections so why not HF 
if the reflector is close and large like a 747.
