I haven't calibrated my SDR-IQ since the last ARRL frequency measuring 
test so the apparent +8 Hz "drift" of RY may well be on this end where 
the hamshack is pretty warm compared to some weeks ago. Using a 
fan-cooled IC706MKIIG a couple days ago I saw the "dit" frequency right 
on 13555400 Hz. The relative frequencies of NC, RY, and MP should be 
good and that indicates MP was a bit below RY.
