Do we need one?  For members of this group, HiFERing is an interesting 
sideline that doesn't take up much time or resources during LF season. 
Until the recent improvement in HiFER conditions came along, _this_ group 
had been awfully quiet for a couple of weeks!  :)

We also do HiFER stuff year-around on the LW Message Board.  Quite a bit of 
activity there at this time of year, proportionally speaking.
