[Lowfer] RY in KS

I've never listened for Medfors before but lightning racket is making LF 
monitoring fruitless. Using a 3 element beam on 20 meter WSPR pointed 
west for Australia I noticed NC coming in nicely on 
http://kl7uk.com/Bville.html so gave it a try. At 13.555 kHz the 
narrowband beam no longer functions like a beam but nonetheless it 
picked up enough signal from both NC and RY for good copy.
