Ralphs signal on 495.033 ish was identified "H7"  pre MS dawn in Alaska. AOS was 0851 till appz 1047 UTC - signal was showing wide 1Hz dispersion for the last 15 mins. K>4 up there I think.

Same sort of time yesterday too but little dispersion. Conditions still disturbed up North.
