I found an assembled l/c meter on ebay Here are two like items from different vendors.

one is $32.95 other is 35.95. note these are fully assembled and shipping is paid. If I didnt already have an AADE lc meter I would order one. 

I also found several dds modules just search on ebay for AD9851 in consumer electronics.
