[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 495 kHz

Well, the static levels went way up after nightfall, which, since I had
already gone to bed, meant that the gain was set a bit too high for argo.
But anyway, pretty sure that's XGR/2 on 700Hz.

Got another signal later on, which was so strong it was "dogboning" so bad
as to make it unidentifiable with my gain setting too high.
