[Lowfer] Busy night on 495 kHz

Didn't see WE2XGR/1 earlier but Dick's report showed it was QRV so kept 
looking. Began seeing it weakly and got a decent copy of Warren's ID 
around 0600Z. The lightning map doesn't look too bad for NE IL but see a 
lot of activity near JD.
