[Lowfer] XGJ on 137.67 kHz

Dick et al.,
I have bumped the power up by 6dB or so (now 228W out, QRSS30 ) while
troubleshooting the antenna. The antenna seems to intermittently go between
54 ohms and 77 ohms (reactance remains low) leading me to suspect a bad
connection on the loop side.
