[Lowfer] BEST RECEIVER FOR 360-390 KHz

I used to own a TS-850 and I recall it had an exceptionally good
receiver. If I remember correctly, it was quite sensitive down to 100
kHz or so, so it should be fine for listening to NDB's. As for whether
or not it is stable enough for QRSS work, I don't know, as no one was
using QRSS when I owned mine. Another limitation would be that the
frequency display only shows the tuned frequency to the nearest 10 Hz,
and I don't know what the TS-850's smallest tuning step is. If the
smallest tuning step is 10 Hz, then that will make receiving QRSS
difficult, as sometimes you only see about 3 Hz worth of spectrum on
the screen.
