[Lowfer] SAQ Heard in SC weakly

Hi All,
SAQ was heard this morning in South  Carolina but signals
were very weak this time and mixed in with the usual  static
noise, copy was barely readable. I would give them an RST  219.
I could tell they were in there but that is about all.

I  could make out a few letters here and there.

Transmission started  about 1145UTC with tuneups 
and ended about 1205UTC.

Hopefully signals  will be better next Dec24!
