[Lowfer] NEW VLF Station on 26.0KHz or TACAMO again?

I notice a slight strengthening of the 26.0KHz signal now at
1815UTC. That would be consistent with a signal East of USA,
perhaps Europe.  I see all of Europe is in darkness now.
