26.0 KHz signal QSA 2/3 here in Hawarden, North Wales, UK. About 12 dB down
on NAA 24.0 KHz.
Peter, DF3LP's website has it on his spectrograms too. (Kiel, Germany)

Subject: [Lowfer] NEW VLF Station on 26.0KHz or TACAMO again?
Just took a spin through VLF and noticed a new narrow-shift RTTY signal
on 26.0KHz at 0350UTC. Signal strength strong in SE USA.
Don't know how long it will last or if it might be TACAMO testing?
This is the first time I have heard any RTTY signal on 26.0KHz.
Now the signal has just stopped at 0350UTC.
VLF band condx seem very good tonight. Also hearing 16.4KHz Norway
again. They seem to have been off the air for several weeks.
Alpha signals are good tonight.
