[Lowfer] NEW VLF Station on 26.0 kHz or TACAMO again?

Todd, I saw a relatively narrow signal on 26 kHz earlier today as well. 
And I've seen transmissions there before (for example, I have captures 
from 121509 and 122909). If anyone knows what the source is please fill 
us in. All the TACAMO sources I've seen have been wider in bandwidth and 
often key on/off and/or change frequency.
