[Lowfer] WD2XGJ 137.9 cw

I'm getting bits and pieces; unable to put the whole message together so 
far; got "XGJ" once though. Poor conditions tonight. (Using the 6 Hz audio 
filter.) About 50% copy, the hope of course is to eventually get the whole 
message with enough repeats. I did that earlier with the 509.9 XSH/5 
message. The odd bit at the end took about 20 minutes to finally get 
"BOW,NH". Not getting any other 137kc stations.
