Thanks for the response Men:
I'm seeing that as David said, there is no simple answer to converting
from sym/sec to wpm, or to an equivalent QRSS speed in regards to
SMT-HELL mode. There may not be a direct conversion to wpm, or QRSS.
All I know at the moment is that the Spectrum Lab. Digimode settings
are set for a Baud-sym/sec rate of .020, and for QRSS, that would be a
60 second dot length.
To transmit the sequence " XR~ ", it takes approximately 38 minutes
at the present SMT-HELL settings as shown in the waterfall.
If there is a direct conversion into a QRSS equivalent speed;
that's what my curiousity is about. Curiousity killed the cat; but
I'm still claimimg to be an old dog... hi - hi:
