Thanks for the advice on the HELL settings.. Having never ran it
before; it's all been a learning experiment so far.. I wasn't sure
just how far I could " squash it " .. The current settings took
4 hours to get there, and it paid off with your capture showing it..
The " squigglies " are the Tilde sign. It is there only to keep the
transmitter temperature as steady as possible, and give some
separation between the " XR's ". A space allowed the transmitter to
cool down, causing too much frequency drift in the old radio..
I must admit; this mode is kinda fun to operate.. I'll keep squashin,
and stretchin the characters and see if I can squeeze a little more
out of it..
