I was able to get a little over 4 minutes worth of the TACAMO
transmission in Narrow Shift 50Hz RTTY mode with a clear background into an 
 MP3
recording. If anyone wants to hear what it sounds like or wants to  try
their hand at decoding it I will send you a copy.
 
My BFO was set at 500Hz so your decoder needs to be able to
handle a 500Hz center frequency.
