[Lowfer] XR in SMT-HELL 186.160 KHz

Just started looking for XR this morning.  Around 9 a.m. I saw this at 
the bottom of my Argo window centered on 186.160 I saw what may be 
Andy's signal.  I've recentered on .150 and now see the signal centered 
at .146 drifting down slightly.
