Hi Rick, I ran into the same problem yesterday.
Some folks can use the Alt+PrintScreen keys to copy and paste a window  
using an image editor I think
 
The PrintScreen key is inactive on my keyboard.
 
I use IrfanView. There is a capture function you can use with  IrfanView
then save the image as a clipboard file
