[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in PSK HELL

Had a chance to get a good long look at PSK  HELL Sat evening
to see how it behaves in typical 600 meter band  conditions.

It looks like more of a "fair weather" mode - very  susceptible to 
static crashes and fading. Even a light static crash will  take out a 
letter or two. Stronger static will take out a whole  word.

Loses signal completely in a fade.

When condx are good the  copy is very nice though.
