[Lowfer] tone generated " X " slight change in frequency

Trying to stabilize the frequency drift... Have put a muffin fan
on top of the rigs cooling fins for the PA which gets the hottest,
and causes the most drift problem... It seems to have noticably
decreased the frequency shift... I have the frequency set to 186.140
now.... It will still drift up and down a little as the room temp.
changes... It will look better in a QRSS-30 window, if I can keep the
drift to only a couple of cycles... The QRSS-20 window gives a little
wider window to view the signal in...
