[Lowfer] JAM LowFER beacon

Hi Clint
187 khz is the best reolution I have at this point. A real counter is in the mail so to speak. Per recent reception reports it is actually very close to 187000khz plus or minus a few. Operation Friday 1200 to Monday 
1200 weather permiting. Thanks for the interest.
