[Lowfer] JAM LowFER beacon

Hmmm... That must have been posted after I last looked!
Any idea as to the frequency? "187kHz" is kind of vague - and on the
YouTube video, you can hear a bit of chirp on the beacon's signal -
either from the transmitter or the receiver used.
