[Lowfer] JAM LowFER beacon

I saw a post to a YouTube video about this beacon earlier, but does 
anyone have contact info for this beacon?

Here in 7-land I'm in a reasonable location to copy a QRSS30 beacon that 
has reasonable ERP and I'd like to verify if it is still in operation 
before I try too hard to see if it's still around.  Also, a more-precise 
frequency would be nice.
