Warren,

What I heard may have been BC from Algeria. I think I have the audio
recoded so will review the recoding later. I was down band listening to
Iceland on 189 kHz which was comming in very well. When I tuned back up
to 254 I noticed a fairly good signal from the Algerian station. Right
now I hear a CW ID of 5B on 253 kHz. Navaid list no 5B NDB.

The past few nights would have been great for a 2200 meter QSO. But
unfortunately one of my top hat wires broke loose from a tree top it was
suspended from during the snow and ice storm. Looks like tomorrow the
WX may be good enough to get the wire back up so I can be operational on
2200 meters.

Dex
